DMCA Takedown Policy

Effective Date: 26 September 2025

At OvFans, operated by K and I Digital Media Works, we respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect our users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and applicable international laws.

1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on https://ovfans.com infringes your copyright, please submit a DMCA takedown notice to our legal team. Your notice must include the following information:

  • Your full legal name, address, telephone number, and email address.
  • A clear description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
  • The exact URL or specific location of the allegedly infringing material on OvFans.
  • A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information you have provided is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on behalf of the owner.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

2. Counter-Notification (If Your Content Was Removed)

If you believe that your content was mistakenly removed under the DMCA, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  • Your name, address, phone number, and email address.
  • Identification of the removed material and its original location.
  • A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • A statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the courts in your location (or, if outside the U.S., the courts where OvFans operates) and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Once we receive a valid counter-notification, we may restore the content unless the original complainant files a legal action within 10 business days.

3. Repeat Infringers

It is OvFans’ policy to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

4. Misuse of the DMCA

Please note that knowingly submitting false DMCA notices or counter-notices may result in legal liability, including damages and legal costs. We strongly encourage parties to seek legal advice before filing a claim.
