Welcome to OvFans, a platform owned and operated by K and I Digital Media Works. Our mission is to provide a safe, inclusive, and respectful environment where creators and fans can connect and share content. These Community Guidelines outline what is and isn’t allowed on https://ovfans.com. All users — creators and fans alike — must follow these rules. Violations may result in content removal, account suspension, or permanent bans.

1. Age & Eligibility

  • You must be 18 years or older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use OvFans.
  • Content involving minors (anyone under 18) is strictly forbidden, even if they are legal adults but appear underage.
  • We may require identity or age verification before enabling certain features or payouts.

2. Consent & Respect

  • All individuals featured in any content must have given informed, explicit consent for their appearance and the distribution of that content.
  • Do not upload, share, or request non-consensual content such as revenge porn, leaks, or secretly recorded material.
  • Never pressure, coerce, or manipulate anyone into sharing content or engaging with you.

3. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on OvFans:

  • Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) or anything that depicts, promotes, or suggests exploitation of minors.
  • Non-consensual or voyeuristic content.
  • Incest, bestiality, necrophilia, or any other illegal sexual activity.
  • Content promoting or glorifying sexual violence.
  • Extremely violent, hateful, or discriminatory content.
  • Terrorist or extremist content.
  • Promotion of illegal goods or activities.

4. Creator Content Guidelines

  • Only share content that you own or have permission to use.
  • Ensure all participants are consenting adults and can provide proof of age if requested.
  • Label or tag content appropriately, especially if it contains sensitive or explicit material.
  • Do not impersonate other people, creators, or OvFans staff.

5. User Behavior & Interaction

  • Treat others with respect and dignity. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or targeted abuse will not be tolerated.
  • Do not engage in spam, scams, or phishing attempts.
  • Respect other users’ privacy. Do not share private conversations, personal data, or doxxing information.
  • Do not use OvFans to stalk, threaten, or harass individuals.

6. Intellectual Property

  • Only upload content you created or have rights to use.
  • Do not post copyrighted videos, music, or images without permission from the owner.
  • If you believe your intellectual property rights are being violated, please submit a DMCA notice to support@ovfans.com.

7. Payments & Monetization

  • All payments and tips must go through OvFans’ official systems.
  • Attempting to bypass our payment system or request off-platform payments may result in account suspension or termination.
  • Fraudulent activities, including chargeback abuse or fake accounts, will lead to immediate bans.

8. Enforcement & Reporting

We take violations of these guidelines seriously. If you break these rules, OvFans may:

  • Remove offending content.
  • Issue a warning or temporarily suspend your account.
  • Permanently ban your account.
  • Report illegal activity to law enforcement.
